This Cookie Policy explains how Criyo AI uses cookies and similar technologies on criyo.ai and within the CRIYO AI application. It works alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. Our Position in One Line
CRIYO AI does not track you. We set only the cookies required to keep you logged in and to remember your interface preferences. We run no analytics, no advertising, and no third party tracking pixels.
2. What Cookies Are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow a site to remember information between pages and between visits.
We also use two related technologies, and refer to all of them as "cookies" throughout this policy:
- Local storage. Data stored in your browser that persists between visits.
- Session storage. Temporary data cleared when you close your browser.
We do not use tracking pixels, web beacons, or advertising tags.
3. Cookies We Set
3.1 Strictly Necessary
These are required for CRIYO AI to function. They cannot be disabled, because without them you cannot sign in or use the application securely.

These cookies contain identifiers tied to your account. They are not used to build a profile of you, are not shared with any third party, and are not used for advertising.
3.2 Functional
These remember choices you have made so the application behaves consistently for you.

These are stored in your browser and are not transmitted to any third party.
3.3 Analytics and Advertising Cookies
We do not set any.
We do not use Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Meta Pixel, or any other analytics, advertising, attribution, retargeting, or visitor identification technology. We do not measure your behaviour across other websites, and we do not build advertising audiences from your visit.
4. Third Party Cookies
A small number of cookies are set by services that are essential to specific parts of the CRIYO AI experience. These are set only when you use the relevant feature.

Each of these providers operates under its own privacy policy and cookie practices, which we encourage you to review. We do not control the cookies they set. Note that these are functional integrations required to deliver the service. None of them is an advertising or tracking integration.
5. Consent and Your Choices
5.1 Why There Is No Cookie Banner
Because we set only strictly necessary and functional cookies, and do not use cookies for tracking, profiling, or advertising, we do not display a cookie consent banner.
If we introduce analytics, advertising, or any other non essential technology in future, we will update this policy, name the provider and the data involved, and, where the law requires it, present a consent mechanism that allows you to refuse those cookies before they are set. We will not load any such technology before obtaining consent where consent is required.
5.2 Browser Controls
You can manage or delete cookies through your browser at any time:
- Chrome: Settings, then Privacy and security, then Third party cookies
- Firefox: Settings, then Privacy and Security, then Cookies and Site Data
- Safari: Settings, then Privacy
- Edge: Settings, then Cookies and site permissions
Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in to and using CRIYO AI.
5.3 Deleting Your Data
Cookies are separate from the data held in your CRIYO AI account. To delete your account data, see our Data Deletion Instructions at criyo.ai/data-deletion.
6. Do Not Track Signals
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no agreed industry standard for how sites should respond to it, so we do not act on it specifically. In practice this makes no difference to you, because we do not track visitors in the first place.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The Last Updated date above reflects the most recent revision. Where a change means we begin setting cookies that require your consent, we will obtain that consent before doing so.
